Refund policy

Digital products - no returns

All Apex Display products are digital downloads (PNG and PDF files). Because files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order is completed.

 

Problems with your files? We will fix it.

If your download link does not work, a file is damaged or does not open, or you received the wrong design, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will send you a working file or the correct design at no cost. If we cannot solve the problem, we will issue a full refund.

 

Before you buy

Please check the design, size (50 x 70 cm) and file formats on the product page. Print colours can vary slightly depending on your printer, paper and screen settings; this is not a defect of the file.
